This would be a day from your life as a Solutions Manager at Kiilto
You start the morning by glancing through your schedule for this week. There are some tasks regarding new additions and updates to the healthcare solution portfolio, for which you need to clarify the status with category managers responsible for products. After checking your messages, you use your time before noon to prepare for a monthly meeting with the country leaders. The agenda is an innovative system developed for public hospitals to help them improve their infection control procedures. A member of the marketing team contacts you via Teams with a question about a new concept to be launched in the Nordic countries, and you add this to your to-do list for the coming days.
After lunch, you have set aside some time to familiarize yourself with a recent research related to the practices of private clinics. An idea of a business opportunity arises, and you ask service development manager’s opinion about it. Daily cooperation is very close and active, even if you don’t work in the same office. Fortunately, an internal healthcare solution meeting is coming soon, where you will be able to meet your international colleagues face-to-face. The idea is worth looking into more and you schedule a draft of the business case to be made. One last call about updates in tender requirements in Norway with the sales director.
